Tyler and Patience

While Grayson was getting the mullet chopped off, Tyler waited oh so patiently! Little sarcasim never hurts anyone! Here was some funny pics of Tyler.

This was before being there for 1 hr!

No More Mullet for Grayson!

After much debate, we decided it was time to depart with the mullet. That meant no more semi-cute curls for Grayson. Although the below picture shows the mullet cute, it really wasn't all that. After all, there would be cute curls on some days and frayed hair on others. Now if the curls were all over his head like it was for Tyler at this age, we certainly would have kept them! Here are some pics of our adventure last night.

The before picture. Grayson actually waiting patiently for his dad to get finished with his haircut.

First he was all smiles, then BAM. Started to get upset, so Mark covered his eyes with his blanket. It actually calmed him down!
Before the blanket move...
Realizing it isn't that bad.

Hmmm, just like his daddy. Mark loves to get a massage and have his hair done. Grayson will lay there while you massage his back and apparently likes to get his hair done!

Ta Da...no more mullet and what a cute little man. By the way, he ended up falling asleep on the way home and is still asleep as we speak. (It's 8:40 am the next day) I guess getting your hair cut off is very relaxing and draining :)

Supper Club (my fav)

Once a month we have supper club. There are four families that participate and we take turns hosting. We just hosted the last one and had to take some cute pics of the kids. I truly love these kiddos and love having them at my house all at one time. I might be crazy but they do (for the most part) play nicely. Of course some arguments BUT they are kids! The boys do their thing, the little girls and Ty do their thing, and the big girls take care of the little kids. Win Win for everyone. Parents get to talk and chill.

I did think about leaving Grayson in the helmet during supper club. I just didn't feel like having any new bruises pop up! Don't worry, I took it off :)

Uh oh....

Grayson watering my flowers trying to trick his brother that he won't squirt him...... Gotcha!
Tyler hides behind the house....Grayson creeping up....shhhhh

HA!! Gotcha #2!!!!

Grayson's favorite toy!

This kid is so stink'n cute! He loves getting wet and squirting people. He is pretty good at it! I always tell people to watch out, but they don't believe me that he WILL get them wet. This is his technique. I have no idea where he learned this, but he puts his finger in the hole and squirts and aims!

He chases me all around the patio and did get me a little wet. As you can see, Tyler is no where to be found. I think he gets a little jealous because his little brother can squirt better than him :)

Pool Time

This is Brooke, our cute little neighbor who was the brains to the new pool idea. First week of school and it was a HOT afternoon, imagine that. My boys play with the water hose everyday and daddy loves that we usually flood the backyard. Hey, whatever makes them happy. Here are a few shots of the kids enjoying their "pool" time. I almost put soap in there and called it a bath!

A day in my shoes!

I decided to keep the camera close on this day...really not sure why. I then decided maybe I can take pics of what it is like around the house. Around the house when we actually don't go anywhere. If you know me, I will take the boys anywhere. Tyler has become a little shopper himself and Grayson....just give him snacks and he is all good. Well here we go.....

If anyone says the word "Popsicle", this is what happens. It was in the morning so I said no and a tantrum occurred. I did not want to take pics of that, it can get ugly sometimes :) Tyler had to go to time out for some reason, can't remember. Unfortunately this is what happens when Tyler goes to timeout. Grayson decides to join him first by giving him a hug and a kiss. This is how Tyler reacts....strangle...really?!
Don't worry, he is all smiles after the loss of blood to his head!
Told the boys to go upstairs to play. This gives me sometime to recoup and clean up usually. But his day, I heard a yell for mommy to hurry and come up. This is what I found. And yes, I didn't forget the camera!

King Kong on the table. Tyler was NEVER a climber. Grayson on the other hand....no comment. You have all seen bruises, black eyes and stitches!

The running begins. They literally runs laps. Up the entry, through the dining room, into the kitchen and then living room. They run and run and run and run....get the picture. They don't even get tired! This is their game of chase.

Change of clothes...not sure why. This is what Big Brother taught Little Brother. The cookies are up on the counter, but he couldn't reach them. Tantrum #2. Nice!
No cookie, but now naked? Don't know. Chase again....running and running and running.....

These boys really do keep me on my toes! I love them so much and don't know what I would do if they were actually calm. I'm a kind of on the go and crazy person myself!
