The Swann Crew looking GOOD!

Well, the Swann crew and Kelley Crew! If you don't know these kids by now, they are my neighbors. I am blessed with these neighbor!!!! Brooke is like the big sister and does an amazing job helping me with the boys. Oh, so nice when she wants to come over. Travis is like my third boy. They wrestle and argue like brothers. Funny though because Travis is a good three years older than Tyler. Tyler doesn't realize what three years is and thinks he can do what Travis is doing! So when it comes to wrestling....you get what you get! We had to take a quick pic with our good friends!
I LOVE this picture! I think is shows their personalities! Tyler being silly....hmmmm where does he get that??? Grayson being serious....hmmmm. I blew this one up to a 5x7, I like it that much!

Famous squeeze your neck to make you cry pose.

Easter!!!!

Each year just keeps getting better and better. The older the boys get, the more excitement they have. We, or should I say I, LOVE family traditions. What family wouldn't want traditions??!! Anyways....we use Mark's idea for Easter. Instead of the bunny sitting the basket out on the table, he hides it! The boys have to look around the house for their basket. It is cute to watch. After the hunt inside, they hunt for more eggs outside.

As you can see...the theme this year is "yardwork" toys :) New mower and blower. Summer is coming and the boys have to help their dad mow!!

Grayson

"Put me in, Coach!" I would have LOVED to see what Grayson would have done if he played t-ball this year. I am sooo tempted to start him next January! I really think he would do a great job. During Tyler's game, he would sit and study the players. Here are a few pic of Grayson during the game:

They had a concession stand this year! When I wanted Grayson to sit still, I just bought him a sucker. Mark wasn't too excited, but it worked! He is just a cute mess!

Yes, More Pictures of the Baller!

Tyler had a hard time hitting the ball off the tee at first. Yep, my kid was the kid that would miss or hit the tee and would knock the ball off. They then would have to put the ball back on the tee for him just to do what he did before. I could tell by people's reactions they were getting pretty tired watching this craziness unfold. I personally thought it was funny. Funny enough to bring tears to my eyes and my belly hurt from laughing. I wasn't laughing at my child. I was laughing at the adults losing patience and Tyler having an innocent look and smile on his face every time he missed. That boy wouldn't give up! Long story short, Mark spent about 30 minutes in the backyard with him practicing hitting. Tyler did a 180 and started hitting the ball every time!

I just can't help clicking away when he is all done up in his uniform!!! He was having a hard time hitting the ball off the tee at first. Mark spent probably 30 minutes with him one evening and BAM, the kid did a 180! BALLA!!!

Our family away from family....

I decided, well Anna decided, that we should have a mommy happy hour at the house one afternoon not too long ago. I say that because its been a month since! That little happy hour turned into a pizza night with all kinds of fun.
I had to take a pics of the kids. These kids, I practically see on a daily basis, are like brothers and sisters to Grayson and Tyler. They can be kind like siblings but also argue like siblings. We are very fortunate to have such great neighbors...NO ONE BETTER MOVE!

Tyler and Patience

While Grayson was getting the mullet chopped off, Tyler waited oh so patiently! Little sarcasim never hurts anyone! Here was some funny pics of Tyler.

This was before being there for 1 hr!

No More Mullet for Grayson!

After much debate, we decided it was time to depart with the mullet. That meant no more semi-cute curls for Grayson. Although the below picture shows the mullet cute, it really wasn't all that. After all, there would be cute curls on some days and frayed hair on others. Now if the curls were all over his head like it was for Tyler at this age, we certainly would have kept them! Here are some pics of our adventure last night.

The before picture. Grayson actually waiting patiently for his dad to get finished with his haircut.

First he was all smiles, then BAM. Started to get upset, so Mark covered his eyes with his blanket. It actually calmed him down!
Before the blanket move...
Realizing it isn't that bad.

Hmmm, just like his daddy. Mark loves to get a massage and have his hair done. Grayson will lay there while you massage his back and apparently likes to get his hair done!

Ta Da...no more mullet and what a cute little man. By the way, he ended up falling asleep on the way home and is still asleep as we speak. (It's 8:40 am the next day) I guess getting your hair cut off is very relaxing and draining :)
